Janet Dougherty, 84, of Abilene, passed away at her home on Friday, March 1, 2024. Graveside service will be on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Piersall Funeral Directors, 733 Butternut Street.
