Shannah Brown

Shannah Mills Brown, 40 of Abilene, passed away at her home on October 31, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the First Baptist Church Chapel in Abilene. Arrangements were handled by Piersall Funeral Directors, 733 Butternut St.

Shannah was a very sociable person, she always loved having friends and family around. She also had a natural ability to take care of people. She was a good shoulder to cry on and a great cook! She loved animals and would often rescue every dog she found. Shannah also had a passion for photography and took photos of her family and friends.

Surviving Shannah are her parents Jerry McCorry and Susan Morcom, her four children; Jayden Curtis, Ashton Curtis, Danielle Turner and Devin O’Sullivan and husband Neil of the UK. In addition, she is survived by her sisters; Jessica Clemmer and husband David and Jennifer McCorry as well as other extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her step-dad, Rodney Boden.
