Jackson "Jay" Evans, 61 of Abilene, passed away in his home on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. A memorial service will be held at the Aquia Episcopal Church in Stafford, Virginia on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jay's name to Rescue The Animals, 5933 S. 1st Street, Abilene, Texas 79605.
