Owen Elton Neel, 97, passed away in a Fort Worth nursing center on January 24, 2014. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:30pm Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Abilene with Dr. Phil Christopher officiating. A visitation will be held in the morning from 9-11am on Tuesday at Piersall Benton Funeral Directors, 733 Butternut St.
