Joy Lee (Riley) Williams, 80 of Abilene, passed away Thursday September 8, 2011 at a local nursing center. A service is scheduled for 10:00 am, Monday September 12, 2011 at 3rd and Kilgore Church of Christ in Portales, NM with a burial to follow at 3:30 pm in the Lubbock City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday from 3-5 pm at Wheeler Mortuary in Portales.
